Whether you prefer a classic in-studio session, a natural light outdoor setting, or an on-location shoot at your office or workspace, we’ll collaborate to bring your vision to life. The experience can include professional headshots, editorial-style imagery, and lifestyle content designed specifically for your website, social media, and professional platforms. We also offer group sessions to create a cohesive, elevated look for your entire team.

FAQ

When should I book my session?

It’s best to book your headshot session at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially if you have a specific deadline, launch, or event coming up.

This gives us enough time to plan your look, choose the right setting, and make sure everything feels seamless and relaxed. If you’re coordinating for a team or group, a little extra notice is always helpful to ensure availability and prep time.

Sessions are available by appointment year-round, so the sooner you reach out, the better we can tailor the experience to fit your goals.

How long does it take to see my images?

You’ll receive a private online gallery within 24 hours of your session to select your favorite images. Once your selections are made, I’ll begin the retouching and editing process to ensure each final image looks polished, professional, and true to you.

Can I print my own images?

Yes, you can definitely print your own images. Every high‑resolution file you receive is print‑ready and free of watermarks, so you’re welcome to create everything from wallet‑sized keepsakes to statement‑making wall art, wherever and whenever you like.

Can I postponed my session after is booked?

Yes, you can absolutely postpone your session after it's booked. Just let me know at least 48 hours in advance so your deposit stays protected. You'll have up to 180 days from your original session date to reschedule at a time that works best for you.

For in-studio sessions, please note there is a non-refundable studio fee. If your session is postponed, this fee will need to be paid again when your new session is scheduled.

What happens If I need to cancel my session?

If you need to cancel your session, your deposit will be turned into a credit that you can use toward any future session, valid for 180 days from the date of cancellation.

For in-studio sessions, please note that the studio fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your credit when you cancel. 

How my images will be delivered?

Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery. You'll receive access within 24 hours to select your favorites, and once your selections are made, the final retouched images will be available for download directly from the gallery. It's fast, easy, and designed to make the process smooth from start to finish.

How many images will I receive?

The final number of images you'll receive is something we’ll determine together during your phone consultation. Every session is unique, and for business or commercial projects, the number of images depends on your specific needs, how the images will be used, and the overall scope of the assignment. These factors directly influence what we create and deliver, ensuring the final set aligns perfectly with your goals.

Can you photograph large groups?

Yes, I regularly photograph large corporate groups, whether it’s an executive team, company staff, or full conference attendees.

I approach these photographs with efficiency and clear direction to ensure everyone looks professional, engaged, and cohesive.

With the right planning, lighting, and attention to detail, I’ll deliver polished group portraits that reflect the professionalism of your brand.
