Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing remarkable people whose talent, spirit, and influence have inspired so many. From quiet portraits behind the scenes to moments full of laughter and light, these sessions remind me that in front of my lens, everyone deserves to feel like a star.

Here’s a glimpse at a few of the incredible individuals I’ve had the honor to capture and the stories we’ve told, one frame at a time.

All day long with Lionel Richie

We started the day with photos in his hotel room in NYC, capturing his legendary energy in the quiet moments before everything took off.

From there, we headed downtown for a meet-and-greet that showed me firsthand just how much people love him. The smiles, the stories, the music in the air.

After a day filled with work and laughter, we ended up cruising through the city in his limo, side by side, swapping stories like old friends. To top it all off, we shared an unforgettable dinner at Cipriani. The perfect end to a day that still feels like a dream.

Lionel is one of the most extraordinary, down-to-earth souls I’ve ever met. His warmth, humility, and iconic presence made every frame feel effortless.

As the day came to a close and my team and I were getting ready to leave, he turned to me and said, “Dario, you really are a one-man show.” In that moment, I knew I had done it. I had not only captured great photos for him, but I also felt both humble and proud of myself and my team, realizing how far I’ve come and how fortunate I am to do what I love.

A Morning with Lisa Vanderpump & Giggy

Photographing Lisa in her beautiful LA home while she promoted Vanderpump Rules was an experience filled with the kind of elegance and sophistication she’s famous for.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this would be a photoshoot shoot like no other. Refined, warm, and sprinkled with her signature ‘darling!’ that makes everyone feel instantly special.

We spent the whole morning capturing her signature glamour, her warmth, and sweet little Giggy, who stole a few frames of his own. Afterward, we were invited to her iconic SUR Restaurant. The perfect cherry on top of a day I’ll always remember.

Working with Lisa reminded me that true style is about grace, kindness, and a touch of sparkle that turns an ordinary moment into something truly extraordinary.

Photographing Aly. Olympic gold medalist, fierce advocate, and inspiring author was an experience I’ll always hold close. We met while she was in Boca Raton promoting her book Fierce, and true to her title, she radiated both power and kindness in every moment we shared.

Behind the lens, I saw what the world loves about her: her courage, her authenticity, and her unwavering voice for so many. Between shots we talked, laughed, and captured portraits that reflect the same strength and softness she brings to everything she does.

Moments like these remind me that the most unforgettable portraits come from real stories and the brave people willing to share them.
