- When should I book you?

As soon as you know you’re ready! But we strongly recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks in advance so we can help you plan the perfect proposal.
- How long does it takes to see my images?

You’ll receive a sneak peek within 24 hours, followed by a link to access your online gallery about 10 days after your proposal. From the gallery, you’ll be able to view and download your photographs as digital files. This timeframe may be shorter depending on the time of year.
- Can I print my own images?

Yes, the High Resolution Digital Files are big enough for you to do large prints. Digital files do not have visible watermarks.
- Can I postponed my proposal once is booked?

We hope that never happens, but if you need to. Yes, you can postpone your session at any time, as long as you let the studio know at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may lose your deposit. You can reschedule your session for up to 180 days from the original date.
- What happens If I have to cancel my proposal?

In the unfortunate event you have to cancel, your deposit will become a credit that you can use toward any future session. Your credit will be valid for 180 days from the date of cancellation.
- How my images will be delivered?

Your images will be delivered via direct download from the online gallery.
- How many images will I receive?

We always prioritize quality over quantity. The number of images you’ll receive can vary, as every proposal is unique and unfolds naturally in the moment.
